1. Booking and Payment: Clients must book photography sessions in advance and provide a deposit to secure the session. Full payment is due on the day of the session. Payments can be made via cash, check, venmo, paypal or electronic transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

3. Copyright and Usage: The photographer retains all copyright to the images taken during the session. Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights to the images for sharing and printing. Clients may not alter or sell the images without the photographer's written consent.

4. Image Delivery: The photographer will provide a selection of edited images within four weeks after the session. Images will be delivered digitally via online gallery. Clients will have access to online gallery for two weeks. 

5. Liability: The photographer is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the session. Clients agree to indemnify the photographer against any claims related to the use of the images.
